Interim HealthCare is dedicated to providing quality home health services, and they are seeking an Entry Level Scheduler and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for caregivers and clients, responsible for scheduling appointments and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Schedule client appointments/visits according to care plans, patient needs, and staff availability
Contact care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes in scheduling needs
Provide excellent customer service to associates and clients alike
Perform administrative functions, such as: word processing, photocopying, filing, reception/telephone duties, etc.?
Provide backup assistance for intake/authorization department

Qualification

Medical/Health Care schedulingHome Health Care experienceTechnical skillsMicrosoft Office proficiencyCustomer service

Required

Medical/Health Care scheduling experience
Strong technical skills; Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office suite, scheduling systems, and other healthcare-related software

Home Health Care or Staffing experience
