Responsibilities
Act as HR point of contact for our US team (17 employees)
Coordinate with PEO to ensure accurate payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
Partner with business leaders on compensation decisions, promotions, and performance management processes
Support talent development initiatives and succession planning
Contribute to employee engagement programs and team-building activities
Maintain employee records and documentation
Support occasional hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
Any other support required for local support
Qualification
Required
7+ years of HR experience with exposure to US employment practices
Familiarity with PEO administration, payroll systems, and benefits management
Strong understanding of US labor laws and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Experience in performance management and talent development preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
