Regis Resources Ltd is an ASX 200-listed Australian gold producer with a significant portfolio of mining operations. They are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant to provide reception services and a wide range of administrative support at their corporate office in Subiaco.

Responsibilities

Providing a full suite of front office reception services
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel
Receiving and distributing incoming mail and arranging the despatch of outgoing mail
Booking meeting rooms and arranging appropriate catering requirements
Maintaining appropriate records such as, updating internal telephone directories and staff security pass register
Processing of requisitions and purchase orders for Subiaco office teams
Preparation of credit card reconciliations including obtaining receipts and authorised signatures
Making travel bookings using the online booking system
A broad range of other administrative tasks as directed

Required

Demonstrated experience in a similar role, within a busy office environment
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in the use of MS Office with the ability to quickly learn other software programs such as INX and Pronto
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and unsupervised
