Coordinate meetings and events, including invitations, room bookings, and catering
Process invoices and expenses in line with company policies
Maintain internal communications and content across platforms like SharePoint and intranet
Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers
Lead the organisation of team activities and support cross-functional projects
Respond to customer and stakeholder queries, ensuring SLA compliance
Assist senior leaders with travel bookings, diary coordination, and presentation preparation
Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in administration and stakeholder support
Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
Familiarity with administrative processes, reporting, and continuous improvement principles
Proactive, detail-focused, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
