Responsibilities
Set up and operate a CNC according to work order and drawing requirements
Fadal VMC experience is a plus but not necessary
Ability to write programs long hand (G,M coding) or with Cad/Cam software (specifically PowerStation). PowerStation Cad/Cam knowledge is not necessary and willing to train
Keep up in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational skills
Inspect parts per customer blueprint
Manage/organize tooling, setup, and program sheets
Use of measuring instruments for Quality Control
Qualification
Required
3+ years of CNC Programming experience (Mills preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Thrive with continuous improvement
Will be required to temporarily move to other departments to meet customer demands
Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred
Fadal VMC experience is a plus but not necessary
PowerStation Cad/Cam knowledge is not necessary and willing to train
