Responsibilities
Support program management and the planning, execution, and post-action reviews for sport inspiring events or partner summit experiences
Support, in tandem with the rest of the Partner Engagement Team, critical semi-annual product feedback sessions and product team commitments
Engage with virtual teams across multiple functions / geos to drive transformational initiatives
Track and communicate progress on product commitments
Partner with Sales Marketplace Intelligence to measure impact on future business when possible
Identify opportunities and new ways of thinking for how we engage with partners and the wholesale marketplace as a whole
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years in operations, marketing, or sales
Proven ability to deliver results through cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning
Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
Effective, inclusive team player with professionalism in high-profile interactions
Ability to proactively manage multiple projects and priorities in dynamic environments
Strong project and crisis management skills
Ability to navigate across all levels of senior leadership
Agile and quick problem solver
Preferred
Proficiency in Airtable, Excel, KeyNote/Power Point, Miro, Outlook are a plus
