Responsibilities
Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts and other material handling equipment
Process customer orders using RF technology, including scanning, picking, packing, and labeling
Assemble and palletize orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in packaging
Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Follow safety procedures and report any hazards, accidents, or injuries immediately
Assist with equipment operation training and maintain required certifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with sanitation guidelines
Cross-train and support other warehouse roles as needed
Qualification
Required
Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) required
Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
2+ years of relevant warehouse experience
Experience with material handling equipment (order pickers, reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, dock stockers)
Ability to obtain Forklift Certification per company requirements
Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with minimal supervision
Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
Frequent walking, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, reaching, and handling materials
Exposure to moving mechanical equipment and refrigerated areas
