Responsibilities
Actively recruit, interview, and onboard Home Health Aides (HHAs) throughout the community
Build and maintain partnerships with local schools, training programs, and community organizations
Represent Marquis Home Care at job fairs, open houses, and community events
Support candidates through the hiring, compliance, and onboarding process
Collaborate with office staff to meet weekly recruitment goals
Serve as a positive ambassador for Marquis Home Care in the field
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently in the field
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Preferred
Experience in healthcare recruitment, sales, staffing, or community outreach
