Responsibilities
Quality vs. Quantity Model – Typically see around 18 - 20 patients per day
Scheduled weekly administrative time, ~40 mins baked into each day
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of health care providers
Dedicated support staff, so clinicians can focus on practicing at full scope of license
This position does not require call or urgent care shifts, outpatient only
Urgent care shifts are optional for additional pay, not required
Office hours: Monday – Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM, no nights or weekends
Qualification
Required
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.), or M.B.B.S
Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment
Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment
Preferred
1+ years experience in managed care setting preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred
