Design plumbing systems for various commercial buildings
Participate in the development of system design calculations and selection of equipment for use in buildings
Prepare detailed design documents
Complete specification writing/editing
Complete code compliance research
Coordinate work with other disciplines
Site survey to determine and document existing conditions
Provide construction administration services
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
familiar with codes, standards and design guidelines
excellent work ethic and attitude
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
LEED certification/experience
PE/EIT
