Ranew's Companies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Thomaston, GA. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and our major customers, ensuring that their requirements are understood and met by our operations teams.

Responsibilities

Providing outstanding customer service for all customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and processes
Manage all aspects of customer orders and follow-up to ensure timely completion
Ensure production schedules align with customer priorities
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns or issues. Work internally to ensure that actions are taken to satisfy requests made by the customer
