Responsibilities
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare plumbing cost estimates
Calculate labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs with a high level of accuracy
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to validate scope and pricing details
Perform site evaluations when required to confirm project conditions
Support proposal preparation and assist during contract and subcontractor negotiations
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in plumbing estimation or a closely related estimating role
Solid understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices
Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and professional negotiation capabilities
