Overall clerical and administrative support duties for the Outpatient Program
Welcomes patients and visitors in person, virtual, and over the telephone
Responsible for implementing & maintaining effective paper flow, documentation, and record keeping systems
Qualification
Required
High School diploma, or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have knowledge of medical terminology
Must be able to type 60 wpm
Must be able to use Word and Excel computer software
Must have current CPR
Preferred
College Degree Preferred
Minimum of one (1) year administrative experience in a health care facility preferred
