Responsibilities

Lead new customers through isolved implementations, ensuring their payroll and HR business processes are set up effectively

Plan and review key project timelines with customers to ensure deliverables and 'go lives' are achieved

Escalate potential issues early to resolve without affecting implementation timeline

Prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering isolved system training as part of the Implementation process

Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the Payroll Implementation process and how we can more efficiently meet the needs of the customer

Builds solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally at isolved and externally at the customer)

Oversee and enforce company and departmental policies

Manage performance of Implementation project team members to ensure the highest success
