Assistant Showroom Manager

Arlettie is a European leader in organizing unique private sales, and they are seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to support the operational management of their events. This role involves supervising sales associates, coordinating showroom operations, and ensuring a high-quality client experience during sales events.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Assist with product reception, inventory, and merchandising according to the specific floor plan of each event
Contribute to team preparation: task allocation, product briefings, and organization of key sales moments
Co-lead the operational team (Stock Handlers, Inventory Clerks, Sales Associates, Cashiers): train, guide, and prepare them while raising awareness of the specific requirements of our partner brands
Ensure the smooth operational management of the showroom:
Task distribution, break management, and customer flow optimization
Maintain showroom quality and ensure continuous replenishment
Lead and motivate the team on the floor, supporting their development and commercial engagement
Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and maintaining a proactive presence on the sales floor
Deliver a flawless client experience: advising, assisting, handling feedback, and acting as a true ambassador for Arlettie
Relay client insights to the sales team with the goal of maximizing sales opportunities
Oversee the product repacking according to partner brand requirements
Contribute to performance analysis: evaluate results, share feedback, and suggest improvements (e.g., merchandising, organization)
Support accurate and relevant reporting to facilitate decision-making and continuous improvement

Required

An entrepreneurial spirit with strong interpersonal skills
Genuine sense of sales and client service
Skilled in team management and leadership
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the fashion and luxury industry
Training in merchandising techniques would be a strong asset

Demonstrates diplomacy and adaptability
Resilience under pressure
Ability to follow procedures and standards
Enjoys teamwork and fosters collaboration and mutual support
