Responsibilities
Partner with frontier AI lab researchers to identify model gaps and define success metrics
Work embedded with customers to define objectives and drive execution
Design task formats, evaluations, and training setups aligned with real-world goals
Ship high-quality outputs using off-the-shelf pipelines and own new pipelines end-to-end
Build and maintain production-grade code, integrations, and automated workflows
Own pipeline architecture and act as the bridge between customers, researchers, and platform teams
Qualification
Required
Strong engineering background with ownership of complex systems from design to production
Experience owning end-to-end AI or data pipelines in production environments
Comfort operating in ambiguity, moving quickly, and shipping repeatedly
Clear written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing technical delivery
Proven ability to lead technical execution and mentor others
