Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems as required
Install and repair drywall, carpentry, and other structural components to ensure property aesthetics and functionality
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and address issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies and equipment
Must be willing to take on-call and work weekends as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Preferred
Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work
Experience in a property management or real estate environment
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
