Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, ensuring prompt and courteous service

Greet clients and provide assistance with professionalism and empathy

Navigate high-stress or challenging client interactions with tact and calmness

Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars

Create, organize, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems (heavy paper filing)

Support senior managers by handling administrative requests and inquiries

Receive and route messages for tax preparers and managers accurately and efficiently

Maintain office cleanliness and organization in partnership with team members

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Tax Office Manager
