Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and policy interpretation
Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance to leaders on performance and conduct matters
Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth, consistent new-hire experience
Support employees with benefits enrollment, eligibility questions, and issue resolution
Administer leave programs (FMLA, medical, personal, etc.), ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
Maintain employee records and ensure documentation meets legal and internal requirements
Assist with compliance audits, reporting, and policy updates
Support payroll and HR data accuracy through timely updates and cross-functional coordination
Assist in coordinating training sessions, tracking participation, and supporting overall development initiatives
Provide coaching and support to supervisors on HR best practices
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build trust, manage sensitive issues, and balance multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with HRIS systems preferred
