Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Conduct detailed account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness
Contribute to audit preparations by providing documentation, supporting schedules, and explanations for auditors’ inquiries
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining compliance with company policies
Utilize accounting software to record transactions accurately and efficiently
Qualification
Required
3+ years' of professional accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
Proficiency with accounting software
Solid understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow analysis, and journal entries
Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and account analysis efficiently
Excellent analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail; capable of identifying discrepancies quickly
Effective communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Preferred
Experience with other financial software tools is beneficial
