Responsibilities

Own product initiatives end-to-end: discovery, delivery, measurement, and iteration

Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and operations

Help define and ship AI-enabled features, working closely with engineers and stakeholders

Translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction, requirements, and tradeoffs

Define success metrics, measure impact, and iterate based on data and user feedback

Partner closely with engineering to move quickly while maintaining quality

Keep stakeholders aligned with clear, proactive communication

Balance near-term execution with long-term product strategy

Required

5–8+ years of product management experience

Proven track record shipping products end-to-end with engineering teams

Experience developing products that leverage AI, automation, or intelligent systems (or strong familiarity integrating AI/LLM capabilities into products)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfort operating in low-bureaucracy, high-ownership environments

Data-informed, iterative mindset with good product judgment
