Responsibilities
Compliance with Alstom and customer EHS policies and procedures at customer sites
Troubleshooting, including investigation and repair during the PI period, as well as pre-warranty and commissioning activities
Conducting fleet check activities and reporting deviations in the Failure Management database
Supporting specific technical investigations in collaboration with Engineering or suppliers
Ensuring effective information flow within the Troubleshooting and Customer Site Warranty team
Assisting with helpdesk activities when required
Implementing Field Modifications (FM) as necessary
Contributing to the Return of Experience through recommendations for preventive and corrective actions and suggestions for product enhancements
Providing feedback to PI management on customer satisfaction and product performance
Qualification
Required

Flexibility, with agility as a core work value, including the ability to travel for business on short notice (approximately every 2 months for 2-4 day trips)
Capability to adjust daily activities to accommodate stakeholder needs and environmental changes
A degree in a relevant field or a strong passion combined with relevant experience in mechanical, electrical/electronic, and IT fields
Completion of internal EHS training
Fluent English communication skills
Valid state driver's license
Minimum of two years in technical roles related to mechanical or electrical/electronics applications
Field experience demonstrating a structured and organized, hands-on approach
Strong supporter of teamwork complemented by excellent communication and problem-solving skills
