Higher Education

Responsibilities

Lead and nurture a safe, respectful, and therapeutic learning community
Collaborate with educational and clinical leaders to design and implement school programs
Oversee instructional quality, IEP implementation, and staff performance
Guide staff and student development through coaching, evaluation, and reflection
Manage school operations including budgeting, discipline, and community partnerships

Required

Master's degree in education with an active principal's license
Deep knowledge of special education populations and therapeutic school settings
