Represent clients in connection with corporate and real estate business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions
Advise on choice of business entity and entity formation
Handle corporate governance, corporate finance, and federal and state securities regulations
Manage stock option and deferred compensation plans, commercial law and finance, secured transactions, equipment leasing, and international business law matters
Assist in handling company reorganizations
