Responsibilities
Upload and publish existing video content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms — writing descriptions and optimizing for each channel
Monitor and engage with comments and DMs so our audience feels heard
Create 3 carousel posts per week that turn complex allergy information into scroll-stopping visuals
Join a weekly content review to analyze what's working, what's not, and brainstorm new ideas
Qualification
Required
Naturally curious about what makes content perform — you already have opinions about why some posts blow up and others don't
Strong writer: Your captions sound like a human, not a brand
Organized and reliable: You'll manage your own schedule and hit deadlines without hand-holding
Comfortable with social platforms and basic tools like Canva or CapCut
Preferred
You have allergies and personally understand why millions of people suffer through symptoms rather than seek treatment
