Responsibilities

Have experience estimating and managing NCDOT projects or municipal projects utilizing NCDOT standards

Must have the ability to complete projects on time and within budget

Must have experience supervising and estimating projects of more than $3 million

Must be familiar with all aspects of highway construction

Must be comfortable reading and understanding project plans and specifications

Must be comfortable attending project meetings and interacting with subcontractors and suppliers

Must be motivated, organized, dependable, and able to work well under pressure

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience with HCSS estimating software a plus
