Responsibilities

Plans, coordinates, and monitors a broad range of special projects, particularly those that are large/ multi-tier and complex in nature, from inception to completion, continuously evaluating project progress and adjusting as required

Assists in the development of best practices, proposed projects plan, and timetables

Oversees the design and compilation of division performance measures and other data as needed for both internal and external requests

Ensures process consistency, customer satisfaction and on-going identification and implementation of efficiency and effectiveness

Identifies necessary improvements to existing processes which support division and agency goals and objectives

Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled

To be creditable, one (1) year of specialized experience must have been equivalent to the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression
