Responsibilities
Define and own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-driven LOS
Lead 0→1 product development: ideation → MVP → full-scale launch
Conduct deep customer discovery across private, specialty, and affordable lending
Translate insights into MRDs, PRDs, and user requirements
Partner with engineering, AI/ML, UX, GTM, and operations for high-quality releases
Establish product processes, metrics, and execution standards
Help build and scale SF-based product and engineering hub
Serve as visible cross-functional leader with executive presence
Qualification
Required
10+ years in product management, including 3–5 years in senior leadership
Proven track record taking AI-enabled products from 0→1 in startup/high-growth environments
Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams
Exceptional communication skills; ability to influence at all levels
Experience building or leading product teams
Comfort operating in ambiguity and scaling new teams or product lines
Preferred
Fintech or lending experience preferred
