Client Service Rep
Hartford HealthCare is Connecticut’s most comprehensive healthcare network, and they are seeking a Client Service Rep to provide support to clients and patients regarding laboratory results. The role involves handling inquiries and complaints from customers, including physicians and patients.

Responsibilities
Provides client service support to our clients/patients with laboratory results in an accurate and professional manner
Handle questions, problems and complaints of all customers including physicians, patients and co-workers
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Customer service experience with knowledge of medical terminology required
Must be able to work independently
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to read, write and speak the English language
Preferred
AS degree preferred
Call center experience preferred
Previous laboratory or medical office experience preferred
