Responsibilities

Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of the Enterprise Data Platform

Provide hands-on production support across complex data systems and applications, including monitoring, triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues

Support monitoring and production operations for the Enterprise Data Platform

Participate in a 24x7 Level 2 on-call support rotation

Maintain platform reliability, ensuring timely issue resolution, and supporting ongoing operational excellence

Required

5+ years of experience required with a degree

7+ years of relevant experience without a degree

5+ years of relevant production support or software engineering experience with a degree

7+ years without a degree

Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, applications, or complex software systems

Hands-on experience with scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, SQL)

Experience supporting DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and maintenance activities

Demonstrated knowledge of software development best practices, including source control, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Experience providing Level 2 on-call support in a 24x7 environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to triage and resolve complex production issues

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree

Possesses key certification(s) or credentials central to the systems or applications supported
