Relationship Manager
Chandler Asset Management is an employee-owned financial services company that specializes in managing taxable fixed income portfolios. The Relationship Manager is responsible for fostering new and existing client relationships, participating in business development efforts, and managing client expectations with a strategic approach.

Responsibilities
Conduct regular, thorough reviews of company strategies, review fact sheets and changes to maintain a deep understanding of business goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their needs, and fostering trust and reliability
Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations to effectively align company offerings with client needs
Represent the company at industry events, enhancing visibility and establishing new industry connections
Identify and accurately record new business opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring regular updates to reflect developments
Educate clients about the company’s products and services, enabling informed decision-making
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, demonstrating the company's capabilities and relevance to client objectives
Collaborate on Requests for Proposals and business development initiatives, contributing to the company's competitive positioning and growth
Set and adjust clear, measurable goals for territories and product lines, aligning with market trends and company objectives
Coach and mentor team members, enhancing their performance and professional development, while customizing selling techniques to meet unique client needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required
Minimum of 6 years' experience in the industry, with a proven track record in managing client relationships
Prior experience in a client-facing role within financial services or a related industry is highly beneficial
Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
Ability to spend 50% of the time outside the office for meetings and events
Must possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Should have the ability to tailor communication effectively to different audiences
Should have the ability to professionally and diplomatically overcome objections
Demonstrated success in managing challenging client situations is required
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Series 63 & Series 7 certification is strongly preferred
