Responsibilities
Construct data infrastructure and pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and transforming market, on-chain, and alternative datasets
Develop quantitative frameworks to evaluate behavior of a cross-asset portfolio through short-term, medium-term, and multi-year horizons
Produce dashboards, visualizations, and written conclusions that translate quantitative results into actionable insights
Collaborate closely with the CIO and other senior investment team members on evaluating new strategies, asset classes, and investment themes
Qualification
Required
3-7 years of experience in quantitative research, portfolio analytics, risk modeling, or similar roles at hedge funds, asset managers, crypto trading firms, or family offices
Experience working with time-series datasets, market data engineering, SQL databases, and ETL workflows
Strong proficiency in Python and experience building analytical systems end-to-end
Understanding of portfolio construction techniques and scenario analysis
Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex quantitative concepts into actionable insights for investment decision-makers
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and comfort working in an agile, fast-moving investment environment
Preferred
Familiarity with crypto markets and on-chain analytics is a strong plus
