Responsibilities
Assist in creating a work environment and culture that reinforces our company's mission and core values
Assist in developing and implementing employee contests and programs to achieve desired engagement
Leverage internal communication vehicles to ensure employee awareness, understanding, and participation in programs and process improvement related to increasing engagement and building a best place to work
Conduct employee engagement surveys and distribute results
Assist with events and projects associated with our cultural development
Create post-event publicity and reports
Administer the Employee Recognition Program
Coordinate employee appreciation activities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in state of residence and demonstrate safe and responsible operation of motor vehicles
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, flexible, open to change, can multitask, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service, telephone, records management, problem-solving, and effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask appropriately to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including working effectively with a wide range of employees at all levels of the organization
Seasoned judgment in interpersonal relationships is required
Preferred
4 years of Human Resources experience preferred
