Responsibilities
Support operations and production leads in person at Refactor Studios and external locations
Track and manage deliveries at the Refactor Studio in Beverly Hills, Ca
Assist with organizing and management of IT and miscellaneous studio inventory
Help manage office logistics (physical or virtual), visitor check-in, ordering equipment, running errands, coordinating events, keeping the studio organized and presentable
Maintain and improve internal databases (basic data entry), Google Drive, Atlassian, and other operational systems
Research and manage external vendors and service providers to support studio efficiency
Communicate with team members to ensure smooth and timely task execution
Qualification
Required
Must currently have & drive a vehicle
Valid drivers licence & minimum state required drivers insurance
Preferred
Experience in game development, film/media, or creative tech environment
Interest in startup operations, studio culture, team building, and/or sports
Drive a large vehicle like an SUV, truck, or van (large vehicle not required, but must have/drive a working, reliable vehicle/car.)
Handy/improvement skills or basic mechanical awareness to spot and/or deal with general repairs, should they arise (not required)
