Responsibilities
Use software to adjust, prepare, and RIP digital artwork for printing using industry-standard software
Ensure accurate color management and print quality throughout the production process
Load and feed paper or other printing materials into machines
Set up and operate large-format printers, roll media laminators, and cutting plotters
Inspect and examine printed materials for quality and accuracy, ensuring that they meet all specifications and requirements
Collaborate with design and production teams to meet projected deadlines and specifications
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents
Maintain inventory of printing supplies, such as ink and paper, and reorder as needed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Strong technical aptitude
Experience with print production workflows
Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to operate in a production-driven environment and perform at the required standards
Preferred
2+ Years Experience operating printers or related equipment
Experience with ERP system and proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
2+ Years Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. software
Understanding of color profiles, resolution and file formats for print
