JGA is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Warehouse Management System implementations. The ideal candidate will manage complex supply chain and warehouse technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end WMS implementation projects (Manhattan, Körber, Blue Yonder) from initiation through go-live and stabilization

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and communications

Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and executive reporting using Smartsheet

Drive governance, status reporting, and milestone tracking aligned with PMP best practices

Ensure alignment with Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations requirements and business objectives

Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional workshops

Proactively identify risks and issues and lead mitigation and resolution efforts

Support change management, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities
