They are seeking a Strategic Events Marketing Manager to lead West Coast event initiatives, drive revenue growth through comprehensive marketing strategies, and manage a team while collaborating globally.

Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive event marketing strategy for West Coast territory, managing $500K+ annual event budgets with direct ROI accountability
Plan and execute 30+ trade shows, conferences, and customer events annually - from logistics to post-event analysis and lead conversion
Build data-driven marketing programs that demonstrate clear ROI and business impact for executive leadership
Manage and mentor East Coast event marketing specialists, creating scalable processes and best practices
Collaborate with global marketing team in Asia on brand consistency and campaign alignment across time zones
Develop customer insights through market research, competitor analysis, and direct customer engagement at events
Partner with sales teams to create integrated campaigns that support pipeline development and customer acquisition
Drive digital marketing integration including social media, webinars, and content marketing to amplify event impact
Qualification
Required
3+ years of B2B marketing experience with strong events/trade show focus
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record managing large-scale events and measuring marketing ROI
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors/partners
Willingness to travel 30-40% (primarily West Coast with occasional national events)
Preferred
