This role focuses on ensuring team members receive required training and are supported in their development within the organization.

Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding training for new hires
Ensure required trainings and certifications are completed on time
Track and document training completion
Serve as a point of contact for training-related questions
Organize and maintain training materials and resources
Upload, update, and manage training content in learning platforms
Support leadership with training documentation and records
Assist with ongoing professional development initiatives
Coordinate internal trainings, workshops, or learning sessions
Help identify training gaps and improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate digital training records
Provide leadership with updates on training status and completion
Support improvements to training workflows and processes
Qualification
Required
Experience in training coordination, talent development, HR support, or operations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
Healthcare or nonprofit experience is a plus (not required)
