They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Labor Law attorney to manage litigation caseloads, draft legal documents, and represent clients in insurance defense and New York Labor Law matters.

Responsibilities

Managing an assigned litigation caseload independently and with supervision, as appropriate

Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and other litigation-related filings

Handling depositions, court appearances, and motion practice

Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis

Representing clients in insurance defense and New York Labor Law matters, including claims arising under Labor Law 200, 240, and 241(6)

Maintaining strong client relationships through responsiveness and adherence to client guidelines

Managing deadlines and ensuring all procedural and court requirements are met

Accurately recording and maintaining billable hours
