Responsibilities

Lead proactive consultative needs analyses and execute account strategies with the Sales Manager to support healthcare clients
Monitor assigned accounts to identify revenue growth opportunities and improve service levels for hospitals and large healthcare organizations
Achieve monthly and annual new revenue and renewal quotas by understanding and addressing complex voice, video and data needs
Present tailored proposals and facilitate sales presentations to resolve client business challenges
Expand Spectrum Business’s reach by cultivating relationships and securing contract renewals with new and existing contacts
Qualify new leads, coordinate site surveys and submit return on investment analyses to sales management
Maintain accurate sales databases for tracking client information and sales activities
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Support and Marketing teams to enhance the client experience
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales knowledge and stay informed on market trends
Ensure compliance with Spectrum policies to mitigate risks and support account success

Required

High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited organization (GED)
3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals
Read, write, speak and understand English
Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas
Strong understanding of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacity and fiber-connected networks
Proven product and technical knowledge
Effective relationship building, networking, negotiation and closing skills
Quick learner able to apply new knowledge and partner with support resources for account growth
Valid driver's license, safe driving record and willingness to travel as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue quotas, preferably selling data, voice or video solutions in the telecommunications B2B industry
In-depth knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce
Familiarity with the healthcare industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
