Responsibilities
Responsible for the organization, administration, and supervision of the people, processes, and technologies, which when combined into a comprehensive plan, provides the business and technical functions needed to successfully achieve Client's expectations
Responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of services or service technology to a Client, establishes policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance, monitors employees and evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes, removes blocks so the team can deliver the product
Capable of analyzing moderately complex challenges using analytical tools and data interpretation
Applies critical thinking to assess problems with relevant data independently to evaluate potential solutions after considering various possibilities
Engages in independent analysis and collaborates with others to gather insights and develop recommendations including challenging existing processes
Work is done independently and is reviewed at critical points
Incorporates and promotes new technology to improve data analysis, reporting and problem solving
Analyzes team processes to eliminate inefficiencies, leading to improved project timelines and resource allocation
Capable of working independently while actively contributing to team and organizational goals, with a growing ability to influence outcomes beyond department
Leads small teams or projects, managing routine activities
Contributes to department projects; takes ownership of team projects, driving their execution and coordinating with others effectively
Recommends improvements at team level
Provides inputs and contributes to managing department costs
Understands and deftly handles ambiguity clients face in their business, market, industry, & technology
Applies a large set of skills and knowledge effectively
Demonstrates understanding of all company resources and processes
Guides less experienced team members in his/her area of specialty
Able to tailor consensual verbal and written communications that resonate with different stakeholders

May take on a supervisory role, guiding less experienced team members and ensuring their development

Qualification
Required
3-4 years of experience functioning as a functional/technical BA
Experience should include development of requirements, defining business rules, and communicating with technical counterparts to confirm alignment of technical requirements
Experience includes working within the Agile framework to confirm acceptance criteria of stories within the backlog with the product owner function
4-8 years of experience running projects valued on average between $300k - $2M
Majority of experience is directly in software development, data migration, cloud solutions and cloud infrastructure
Azure experience is a plus
Average team size ranges between 4-10 people
Includes mix of both onshore/offshore teams
Risk identification, triage and management
Feature/backlog/release prioritization, leading backlog discussions with BA/technical representation to confirm alignment
Ensuring skill alignment to required tasks within team
Budget and reporting communication
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred at least 3 years of working in Azure DevOps environment to manage projects, deploying CI/CD pipelines and managing automated builds/testing
Deep experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, Hybrid
Power user of current version MSFT products, including PPT, Visio, Word and Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer-facing skills evident by recurring phases of projects and continued exposure to a client with increasing degrees of reporting responsibility and client point of contact responsibility
Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision
MBA
CSM Certified ScrumMaster
PMI-ACP (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner)
