Product Manager - Field Experience

They are seeking a visionary product leader to define and optimize the end-to-end field experience, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and optimize the end-to-end journey from when a job is sold, to how it is installed, to when it is serviced for our field teams
Identify and preemptively solve friction points through real-time data analysis, advanced analytics, agentic workflows and AI-driven personalization of the field journey
Leverage software and AI to create agents that guide our field professionals to install efficiently and trouble shoot issues in real time
Establish a clear vision and roadmap for the field experience aligned with company goals
Translate strategy into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with Product Design to deliver elegant, usable, and accessible interfaces for our field teams
Align with Operations to define and deliver key objectives and results
Define success metrics and monitor performance, leveraging predictive modeling and AI to forecast outcomes and inform product strategy
Design and execute high-velocity experiments (A/B tests, usability studies), using data and AI-informed insights to accelerate product iteration and learning

Required

Experience leading end-to-end product strategy and execution for field experiences spanning warehouse kitting, van loading, equipment installation, system commissioning, troubleshooting and service
Experience leveraging existing field service applications for maximum impact
Expertise in applying AI across customer journey mapping, personalization, and optimization—using predictive insights, behavioral data, and AI agents to create differentiated, end-to-end customer experiences at scale
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to translate complex market needs into actionable product requirements
