Responsibilities
Develop and optimize cross-platform social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels, overseeing execution for multiple brands
Ideate high-performing concepts that ladder up to brand goals, briefing creators and freelancers to bring posts to life
Create original content—including assisting with shoot logistics, editing videos, creating graphics, and writing captions
Own KPIs: engagement, reach, growth, and ROI. Use tools like Dash Social to track and optimize
Collaborate with brand, community, and influencer teams to amplify reach and impact
Align with global teams to ensure consistency and cultural relevance
Apply SEO best practices to boost discoverability and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or other closely related field
3+ years of experience in social media strategy and content creation
Strong video editing skills and graphic design skills
Proven track record of driving measurable results across platforms
Proficiency with Dash Social or similar tools
Deep understanding of platform trends, analytics, and audience behavior
Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills
A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for performance
