Responsibilities
Own various aspects of supply chain management from ordering, assessing supplier capacities and delivery risks to resolving delivery challenges, and communicating risks to stakeholders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance
Be a critical escalation point for materials and service delivery risks with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Proactively identify supply chain risks, implement robust mitigation strategies, and communicate potential disruptions and mitigative actions to stakeholders to maintain business continuity
Drive supply chain delivery performance by owning key metrics, addressing constraints, and influencing stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks effectively
Ensure that purchase orders are placed on-time and receive delivery commitments from the supply base
Identify and implement tools and systems to optimize the process
Improve processes and mechanisms to optimize resources and value delivery for the Robotics organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data
Experience in Supply Chain Management and Procurement
Preferred
Master's degree
