Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

Work safely, quickly and efficiently to accurately process multiple tasks within the distribution center to ensure our stores and guests are able to receive the merchandise that they need
Assist in managing and tracking high priority merchandise
Solving distribution related problems
Coordinating inbound load arrivals
Coordinating the movement of all receiving and shipping trailers to support warehouse operations
Outbound deliveries to guests
Maintain a work area that is organized, neat and clean in order to safely receive and process freight and paperwork
Manage and move inventory efficiently
Load and ship items to our guests
Using and working actively in the Warehouse Management System
Ensure accurate carton count and quality of product being moved to, from, and throughout the warehouse
May also be trained to support functions within the warehouse as it relates to inventory management, quality assurance and problem solving of defects of our products
Report to work on time and complete job tasks assigned accurately and on time to contribute to the overall Distribution Center results

Required

Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35 lbs. frequently throughout a shift and up to 60lbs. occasionally
Able to comprehend oral and written communication skills to effectively read labels, tickets and other product documentation
Able to accurately use basic math skills
Able to operate all required devices, equipment, warehouse technology, and others systems safely, after receiving training
Anticipates problems, catches errors, and takes action to complete tasks accurately and on time and communicates ways to improve quality
Ability to perform basic data analysis in excel, as well as research defects/issues and root cause drivers of those defects through problem solving
