Technical Change Process Engineer

Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize new and existing manufacturing processes to increase productivity and product quality
Data Analysis & Improvement: Analyze production data, track metrics, and identify areas for improvement to implement process upgrades and enhancements
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that arise during production by troubleshooting problems, implementing corrective actions, and performing root cause analysis
Simulation & Testing: Utilize process simulation software to test and predict the outcomes of proposed changes, helping to find the most appropriate production strategies
Documentation: Prepare detailed process documentation, operating instructions, and reports to document process status and changes
Compliance & Safety: Ensure that processes comply with all relevant regulations, including environmental, safety, and quality standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other engineers, R&D teams, production teams, and quality control personnel to facilitate process improvements and technology integration

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or 2 to 5 years of experience
TS/SCI required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly
A strong understanding of the industry's specific processes and systems is essential
Strong skills in analyzing complex data, identifying problems, and developing effective solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and report findings to management
The ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation of new processes
Familiarity with industry-specific software, including process simulation and CAD tools

Preferred

Bachelor's degree and/or 5 to 10 years of experience
TS/SCI required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly
A strong understanding of the industry's specific processes and systems is essential
Strong skills in analyzing complex data, identifying problems, and developing effective solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and report findings to management
The ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation of new processes
Familiarity with industry-specific software, including process simulation and CAD tools
