Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, monthly close cycles, and timely financial reporting
Design, document, and enhance accounting procedures and internal controls
Build and manage annual budgets and forecasts across operating expenses, capital expenditures, and overall financials
Serve as the primary owner of internal and external audit processes
Lead ERP rollout, optimization, and ongoing system support
Support special projects and strategic initiatives as the business evolves
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA strongly preferred
Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, JDE, QAD, or Sage, along with reporting tools like Prophix or Cognos
Manufacturing experience required; exposure to pharma or medical device industries is a plus
5+ years of experience in an accounting leadership or senior supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
