Inside Sales Representative (Full Time), Norridge, IL
IDN Global, Inc. is a leading distributor of security hardware and related products seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative. The role involves providing superior customer service, processing orders, and supporting customers across the Midwest region.

Responsibilities
Interact with existing and potential customers by phone, email, or in-person for counter transactions
Quote processing and follow-up with the customer
Order processing and related customer assistance. In addition to handling stock orders, this includes processing special orders, presenting promotions, handling customer returns, and related tasks
Follow-up on New Customer leads & Outside Sales Representatives to assist in growing the local business
Manufacturer/vendor contact for factory order lead-times, purchase order status & product Information
This individual should excel in a team-oriented work environment โ working with the Norridge and remote branch staff to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and providing contributions that support customer retention goals and company/branch growth objectives
Qualification
Required
Must be self-driven & hardworking
1-3 Years of related inside sales experience
Strong computer skills
Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work well with a Team to achieve common goals
Preferred
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
