Responsibilities
Lead project execution for commercial, industrial, and life sciences developments, with a strong emphasis on tenant improvements
Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; review contractor schedules and hold teams accountable to milestones
Track budgets, cash flow, forecasts, and funding requests; prepare clear internal and external reporting
Coordinate design and construction activities, including consultant management, drawing reviews, scope alignment, and contract administration
Lead OAC and stakeholder meetings; prepare agendas, track action items, and drive follow-through
Oversee building systems coordination and commissioning activities, including MEP systems such as HVAC, chillers, UPS, generators, and BMS
Serve as a day-to-day client contact, communicating project status, risks, and recommended solutions
Support procurement efforts including RFPs, consultant and contractor selection, proposal evaluation, and contract review
Review consultant and contractor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms
Identify project risks early and work with leadership to develop mitigation strategies
Collaborate closely with internal development, asset management, and leadership teams, as well as external partners and municipalities
Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Approximately 4–8+ years of experience in project management, construction, development, architecture, or engineering
Strong experience with commercial TI projects
Working knowledge of construction documents and field coordination
Working knowledge of design development and permitting processes
Working knowledge of MEP systems and building infrastructure
Working knowledge of budgeting, cost controls, and scheduling
Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with senior leadership
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
Willingness to be on-site and engaged with field teams as projects demand
Preferred
Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
Exposure to life sciences, industrial, or technical office space is highly desirable
