Responsibilities

Drive Growth: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to build strong referral networks with key healthcare providers
Educate and Empower: Effectively communicate the clinical evidence and benefits of TMS and esketamine to healthcare professionals, driving appropriate patient referrals
Market Leadership: Cultivate Strategic Partnerships and position Greenbrook as the premier provider of advanced mental health therapies
Results-Driven: Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving center performance and patient growth
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track sales data, identify market opportunities, and implement effective sales tactics to maximize performance

Qualification

Required

2+ years B2B/healthcare/medical sales success, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving territory growth
Experience interacting with physician offices; behavioral/mental health or pharmaceutical sales a plus
Strong business development skills and ability to navigate the full sales cycle
Excellent communication, leadership, and self-motivation
Strong judgment, time management, and ability to analyze complex information
Technical aptitude and computer skills (Salesforce experience a bonus)
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Clinical sales ability, experience influencing formulary decisions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
